Leaks are isolated with precision technology, including using video cameras, eliminating any unnecessary breaking of concrete, where leaks do not exist.
Your home is treated with the same respect that we would expect in our own homes. If breaking holes in the slab is required, during the project, each of the chipping hammers is equipped with a high-powered vacuum system that pulls the concrete dust out of the house. In addition, if a job requires more than one day to complete, we will leave your home and plumbing facilities intact for use, until we return the following day. |
Repairs |

Leaks are repaired using a methodology that allows for expansion and contraction of the soil that is prevalent in North Central Texas, and can be damaging to the plumbing lines. Complete plumbing line replacement can be performed, if needed.
When it is necessary to break holes in the concrete slab, Accu-Find Slab Leak, Inc. uses Small Chipping Hammers as opposed to industrial-strength jackhammers. Holes, normally two feet in diameter, are broken only large enough for the plumber to access the broken pipe and repair it.
Upon completion of all repairs, we retest all the lines under the slab, ensuring that we have left No Leak undetected. |
